We hardened website imports and fixed a mobile dashboard issue where the side menu could appear above the page content.

• Public URL checks now protect imports and crawls from private/internal network targets.
• Mobile dashboard menu is hidden off-canvas until opened, including browser back/restore cases.
• New regression tests keep the mobile shell stable.
